    Form, WhatsApp or a factory visit. We capture headcount, role, package and start date, or passport and preferred job for a candidate.

  2. Offer

    Employers get a monthly supply figure after the site confirms the package. Candidates from India get a written job note. There is no recruitment fee. Tickets and processing are charged after that confirmation.

  3. File

    Medicals, translations, visa steps. We stop the clock if a paper is missing instead of hoping the border will ignore it.

  4. Travel and bed

    Pickup in Yerevan, hostel check-in, SIM, site briefing. Coordinators know the bunk number.

  5. Confirmation

    First week attendance is the real confirmation. If it fails, we replace. If it holds, we talk about the next five people.
