KapHub supplies documented crews from India to factories, warehouses and sites in Armenia. You pay a monthly supply cost for people we manage. There is no recruitment fee. We keep the visa file, housing coordination and replacements.
Manpower supply
Workers stay employed and managed by KapHub. You pay the agreed monthly cost per person. If someone cannot do the job, we send a replacement. This is the model most plants start with.
Direct recruitment
We find, screen and deliver the person onto your contract. There is no recruitment fee. After handover, they are your employees. The site package is quoted after we know the role.
What we ask in the first meeting
- How many people, and for which job?
- Which shifts?
- What salary package?
- Food, housing, transport?
- When must they start?
We quote a finished monthly figure per worker, not a percentage. First crews are usually three to five people. All work is inside Armenia.
